Description
In this session you will have preplanned workouts to chose from, Upper body, Core, Legs, Booty or cardio.
Approximately 20 minute workouts with a choice to repeat it, or move on. A change to work on strength, cardio, core… your own workout.
You will work in own area, your own equipment, even listen to your own playlist ladies to really get you in the zone! Work for half an hour, 45 or the full 60 minutes.
Either myself or Kirsty will be there to help, watch techniques & encourage.
This session gives you the chance to work on what you would prefer. Give it a whirl ladies!
This session is more so for those who know what they are doing, have learnt what the exercises are and grown an understanding, although we are happy to help those newer ladies through there workouts as and when required. Your working at your own pace, doing your own thing 🖤
