This programme is where you will receive lots of information on HOW to eat, no restrictive fad dieting, just counting those calories, learning to include more protein, veg and good carbs, plus a little of what your enjoy!
You can chose which sessions from our full timetable, all classes only hold 10-12 women max, so you get more 121 time with your instructor, showing you correct techniques you will learn for life!

I started with Sarah just under a year ago on a 4 week fitness and nutrition plan before my holiday with the plan to drop a stone. I did this but realised that I could eat really well and still lose weight so once home from my holiday I came back. I am currently 5 stone 5 pounds down and I am still have the same calories I started with nearly a year ago.
Sarah has been there for me along the way, giving me really sensible advice and support, which in this day and age with so much on social media on how to lose weight and get fit, was so confusing and terrifying. It’s never about you have done this wrong or went overboard with the eating or drinking, it’s always about you are allowed to have a treat, just don’t let it turn from one day into a week. The support is always there.
Sweatbox as a whole with Sarah, Kay & Kirsty as well as all of the ladies is about building each other up and supporting each other to be successful which is hard to find in this day and age. Cannot recommend enough if you’re looking for a friendly, supportive and realistic way to lose weight and get fit 🫶🏻💪🏻

I joined Sweatbox just over a year ago, to join a small class to develop my confidence after being out of fitness for so long. I attend sessions 2-3 times a week and have enjoyed working in small groups learning the right techniques for boxing and using weights, Sarah and the team are very patient and flexible, they offer different classes to suite everyone. I have been part of the nutrition side for sometime and Sarah offers lots of support and helpful ideas, every week she very patient and knowledgeable.

I joined Sweatbox almost 6 months ago, hoping to get fit and lose weight after having my third baby. I’d tried tracking and calorie counting so many times in the past but was never able to sustain it. I’ve now realised that this is because I wasn’t eating enough and would end up bingeing on a weekend. Sarah has taught me so much about my food -I can honestly say I never feel hungry and have more energy than ever because I’m fueling my body properly. I’ve dropped 2 dress sizes since January through being consistent and checking in with Sarah each Sunday.
The classes are fantastic, all abilities are catered for the girls are all lovely! I’m someone who gets bored quite easily but the classes at Sweatbox are so well varied and challenging! Would recommend to anyone!

I’ve been joined sweat box for 4 weeks now and absolutely loving it! I use to train but after having a baby, 5 months ago I lost all my confidence and love for the gym, after joining Sarah and all the other lovely ladies I’m feeling my confidence grow and my love for working out come back.
