A good session for focusing on those legs and that booty girls! Session is made up for all different fitness levels, never the same, we change this session up every week!  If you want to tone those legs and tighten that booty of yours, then this is a class for you 🙌🏼

Each week we will target different muscles. Inner thighs exercises, calf strengthening, hamstrings to working that quad and making that booty burn a little!

No refund will be given if you cancel within 12 hours of a session. PLEASE BE AWARE. If a session requires to be cancelled due to illness or low numbers you can contact us to reassign your booking to any alternative session.
