Description

Some weeks will be a circuit, mixed with bodyweight exercises, and weighted exercises, a full-body workout. HIIT training will be high intense workouts. Again May involved some weighted exercises for lower impact training for those with dodgy knees or backs.

Cancellation policy

No refund will be given if you cancel within 12 hours of a session. PLEASE BE AWARE. If a session requires to be cancelled due to illness or low numbers you will be contacted to reassign your booking to any alternative session.
